We are very mobile and pride ourselves on being nimble, social, and creative. In order to create great work we need to be comfortable in our surroundings. That’s why we currently work out of three locations, depending on what we are looking to do.
We’ve got the Bacon Media Room in Old Town, aka Sports Mancave Office, where we shoot podcasts and videos. We’ve got baseball card wallpaper, posters of Michael Jordan & Ken Griffey Jr, as well as a wall dedicated to old school WWE wrestlers. It’s about as visually stimulating for a sports fan as it gets. Check it out in this video.
Over at Bacon Skybox in the West Loop we lay down rap tracks, create videos, or shoot hoops on our custom built 13-foot indoor living room basketball hoop. It’s the closest thing to MTV’s Rock n Jock you’ll find. We shot this video titled “Perfect Day in the Bacon Skybox” which will give you an idea of what we are working with here.
Last but certainly not least we also work out of 1871 Chicago, Chicago’s entrepreneurial hub for digital startups. When it comes to networking, meeting people, and being part of the action there is no better place than here. It is a lighting rod of inspiration, activity, and knowledge.
